Consistency in quality and service is key for me, and in my experience it is 50/50 with Oibooking chauffeur service. Half the time the service and ride is excellent with a clean and the booked car. The other half of the time a different car than booked shows up which in 2 occasions was a Oibooking chauffeur service van without markings and the ride was more like an uber.

The stupid employees confirmed my ride a month out and 3 hours before picking us up decided that they did not have enough people working to be able to pick us up and then proceeded to cancel our trip. No credit, no voucher, no explanation besides they over booked. My mom is cripple and needs booked ahead transportation. Shame on your company and employee. Oh also they kept the most expensive rides. Our family friend booked one an hour ago and they kept their reservation. Highly recommend using another driver. Save yourself the conversation with these incompetent driver :)

I always have the best transportation with chauffeur service. I never have to worry about drivers being late, they get me to my destination on time, and with minimal discussion (which I highly appreciate, I'm not much for small talk). They also tend to have flight information to make sure I am aware of my gates and if there are any delays. Always use them when I can! Thanks for helping me get on with my day.
